Accepted Answer

Yes, we request that you schedule a complimentary consultation to go over your floral ideas. We do offer day and evening appointments during the week and some Saturday's during the slower season. We do not schedule appointments during busy wedding weekends as we like to dedicate all of our focus on our couples and their big day. We do prefer to meet face to face , but we are open to phone consultations as well.

Do you require a deposit to reserve my event date?

Yes, our typical deposit is $750.00 Our services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis so clients are encouraged to place their deposit as early as possible.

We love to start off each new client relationship with a personal floral consultation in our shop located in Montgomery, NY . We like to keep a two hour time slot open for your appointment to make sure we have enough time to go over all of your ideas. Please be sure to be on time as our consultations are normally booked back to back. We use this time to learn as much as we can about your vision for your wedding, your personal style and to share with you about Secret Garden Florist. You are encourgaed to bring along photos of inspiration , color swatches, etc.
